The Hawaii Sealife App consists of three sections – Explore, Learn, and Discover – each offering a distinct set of features. In the Explore section, you can search or scroll through the comprehensive critter library. The Learn section functions as a blog where you can find valuable information about safety measures, necessary equipment, sunscreen guidelines, as well as interesting facts about animals, the environment, and Hawaiian culture. In the Discover section, you can engage in entertaining search games and keep a personal journal to log your own discoveries.

The app has been created by the esteemed Reef Guardians Hawaii crew: Robin Mazor, Terry Lilley, and Jessica Rickard. Known for their educational science, cultural, and arts snorkel programs at Reef Camp on the island of Kauai, Reef Guardians is now launching its online Reef Camp Sea School.
